Wayfair – Shop All Things Home

Wayfair has everything. In the last year, I’ve bought two desks, four area rugs, dining room chairs, a new upholstered platform bed, curtains, and a 12” pillow-top memory foam mattress (at a fraction of the cost charged by the new trendy online mattress companies). Then after making sure my husband & I were comfortable, I bought some cat “shelves”(stylish ramps to attach to your walls so that your cats can look down on you literally and figuratively). And once I decide which will be the best for our spoiled felines, I’m also ordering a cat tree in grey to match the tufted velvet grey sofa I got from Wayfair. Only Wayfair makes sure that everything you order is not only safe, fun, and ultra comfy, but also stylish. I love that I can buy furniture, bedding, curtains, cat condos & carriers (have you ever checked out their pet items?), decorative items, and so much more all in one place. Because I live in a very small town, shopping options are minimal. Wayfair is like having all the glories of L.A. (where we used to live) without the freeways and two-hour drives to a store 7 miles away. So, the selections are phenomenal, the prices are great (I do wait for sales — they send me nifty email), and our new home is coming together wonderfully. Wayfair is my one stop shop for everything for our home and its two- and four-legged occupants.

I ordered a trampoline on April 3, it said estimated delivery may 15th. I waited patiently and NEVER received any email stating the status of my order. I called a couple of times (ever time waiting for a minimum of 30 minutes) just to check on it and was never told there was any problem. It was expected to ship to me on time! On may 11, I called again since the status online still said preparing to ship, I spoke with Bernard and he informed me I would receive an email because it would be on a truck for delivery that day. On Tuesday the status still said preparing to ship so I called again and this time the customer support representative actually looked into the supplier and found out there were no trampolines in stock! Why did Bernard lie???? Why didn’t the manufacturer inform Wayfair that there were no in stock trampolines (I could wait until mid July for one....ya right!!!), and most importantly why does Wayfair not send any confirmation emails letting you know what’s going on???? I’m so disappointed and had to inform my daughter who has been waiting for over a month, that our trampoline is not coming!!! This was my first and LAST time shopping with Wayfair!!!! Thank you for being nothing but a disappointment!!!!

As I have worked in customer service my entire career, I have always had extremely high expectations for any company and their employees for going above and beyond with Customer Service. Until I started shopping at Wayfair, I have never seen a company who consistently has the best customer service that goes above and beyond the call of duty on every single issue they encounter. I love to shop, but it is an absolute joy to purchase from them because you know if there’s ever an issue they will do any and everything they can to correct the problem at their expense and make it as easy for you as possible. In my opinion they are the best company with the best customer service standards that are currently in business. If I have a chance to buy something at Wayfair, I would buy it at Wayfair , even if it was more expensive, which it never is, but even hypothetically if it was, I would still buy at Wayfair because I know I would be covered and guaranteed wonderful customer service every single time. Congratulations to upper management of this company you have done an amazing job with your people. Keep up the excellent work, and you have a customer for life!!!

Wow. First time customer and it has been non stop issues. Placed an order and almost a week later it had never shipped and was way past the estimated delivery date. Called to speak to someone and they told me not to worry, that my item would be delivered the next day. The next day my item does not come and the person I spoke to said they lost the package in the warehouse and the first person was wrong. Speak to a third person later that day that said both previous agents were wrong and that my package would take another week. I asked for a supervisor and was told they would call me back. Another day passes and still no phone call or item. I call back to ask to speak to supervisor and was told no. I was much more firm and spoke to Alex. He tells me that all of the information everyone told me was incorrect and that it just happens sometimes…..I was ordering a bed for my daughter to surprise her with a room makeover for her birthday. Absolutely ruined. Alex then says he cancelled my first order and that if I place an order for a new bed that is to be delivered in 24 hours then he will give me a credit, which he did and the bed did arrive the next day. Finally seeing the end in sight, take the pieces out of the box and THERE IS A MAJOR PIECE MISSING. I am absolutely disgusted with horrible communication and customer service and now horrible quality. Trying to order one bed for my daughter had turned into a two week nightmare.

I love Wayfair. They have a great selection of products at reasonable prices. The app is really great too. Everything I could want is there: the search engine, the favorites list that I can separate by project, the in stock notifications. The most frustrating pain point in using the app though, is the constant interruption asking me if I’m a human. I mean, it’s constant. I’m redoing a kitchen...so I’m on here practically every day trying to nail down the final selections. But as I’m tapping through the colors available in an undermount sink——please verify you’re a human. Then I have to tap all pictures with a fire hydrant. That, in itself, is an annoyance. But what is down right irritating is that after I pass my human test, the entire app is frozen. FROZEN. Is in, will not move and nothing works. I have to close it down. Why don’t I close it down before the hassle of the human test, you ask?? Well, because if I do that, the test is there, waiting for me, when I reopen the app, and then freezes anyway! Infuriating, right? It seems to happen more on the iPad than the iPhone but it does happen on both devices. I’m sure if I just closed the app and waited 10-15 minutes the captcha would clear out, but let’s face it....when you are on a faucet hunt, you are more likely to just close the app and fine your item elsewhere.

The product from here are generally good but there’s a certain feature on the app that is really dumb and need to be changed immediately. If you update your address it doesn’t deleted the old one, it doesn’t set that one as your primary, nor does it ask when you place a new order which address you want to use it automatically goes to the old one still. I had recently used this app again from years ago and all my items $250+ were still sent to my old address 50+ miles away and I had to figure out myself how that happened when I knew I updated my information. The customer service people said I didn’t change anything in the system which was a lie upon investigating I found there was two addresses saved on my account. I’m young and tech savvy I’ve never made a mistake like this before and they did nothing to help me didn’t even see I tried to update it which was bull. I can’t imagine how difficult it must be for less tech savvy older people to make the same mistake. Be careful and if you work for this company and you’re reading this please change this feature I bet 90% or more of these situations where items are being send to the wrong address is because of this problem. Your loosing money the customer’s loosing money and nobody is happy fix it.

I love everything I’ve purchased especially all the furniture items since the end of last year up to now. We’re moving into a new beautiful house and everything I’ve chosen is spectacular as I’ve chosen very different styles more modern and many brilliant colors. The walls will be white and I’m so anxious to see my beautiful glass top DR table n server with its black accents in the room. I’ve also chosen rose/pinks to add a splash of surprise colors in my blue colors of the BR since we have terrific light in the entire house it’s just going to be a brilliant new happy home for all to enjoy. Thank you Wayfair for so many choices to chose from and all the newest colors to bring great joy n happiness to this our new lovely home in an HOA townhouse development where most everyone’s over 55 and I can’t wait for all our friends and especially neighbors to come for first time and be as thrilled at my new decorating with bright happy colors as well as the well made items Wayfair has helped me choose. I am using an iPhone 12 Pro Max iOS 14.3 and am having an issue with going through the menu options. It seems the issue happens most often after viewing a specific furniture item and the selecting home then “furniture” from there the options for “living room furniture”, “bedroom”, kitchen & dining room”, “office furniture”, etc. are all non-selectable. The only way to get them working again is to close out the app and reopen it. It also does this on some other pages but this is the one that I can replicate it the most. No issues on the website mobile page. Tried app support link from the Apple App Store page and was sent to a link not found page on Wayfair. I called customer service and there was no option for app support. By pressing zero, I did get ahold of someone who while very nice and polite, kept asking if my problem with the app was a problem finding my order and was dismissive and said it worked on hers since she has the same phone. Said I should contact my network carrier and would leave a not with the appropriate department.

I have been ordering from Wayfair for years now. And when it’s furniture, it never arrives in perfect form. And then you’re stuck with packing material and boxes to either re-pack and send back, or they tell you to donate it and they will replace it. This is happened to me so many times now that I have an executive resolution manager who does a very poor job of service named Brittney. On this most recent purchase I ordered a set of tables for my new living room, spent 700+ dollars and received tables in an imperfect form, with non-joined slats and other imperfections. The app says they’ll pay me 20% if I choose to keep it and fix it myself, or I can return it which means re-packing and disassembling everything. When the executive resolution manager got involved, and I provided many photos of the imperfections, it was deemed that they will only pay me 10% to keep the less than perfect tables. Now I know how they make money! By screwing customers! Buyer beware. If its wood or MDF furniture, it will arrive scratched, poorly stained or dented.

I received my order and part of it was damaged. I contacted Wayfair immediately to report the damaged item. I was assured that I would receive a replacement. But I have still not received any confirmation in writing that the replacement parts are indeed ordered. I’ve checked my account online and sometimes I see that a replacement was ordered, but most times it just says my order was delivered. When I’ve contacted again I was assured that it was being sent the next day and that I’d get tracking information. Still no confirmation or tracking information. I check my account again and no reference to replacement parts is there. I try and find a number or chat to contact again and can find nothing. I just get sent in circles. Your application is terrible. Nothing gets updated consistently. One time I find a contact number and the next time no contact number. I’ve found chat. But can’t find it again. I’m not that stupid. But your application makes me feel this way. While the people I’ve spoken to seem nice at the time I can’t seem to make any progress. Everything about this process has been frustrating. I’m very angry and I have a child who is very upset because we can’t put his bed together because it’s broken. Terrible. Terrible. Once I get resolution you can be assured that I won’t be using Wayfair again.

Absolutely horrible experience. Ordered a Patio Set on Sale. 50+ Units in stock per website. I received an email a week later saying my item was scheduled for pickup and would arrive in 2 weeks. Another week passes and I get email saying unit is out of stock and won’t be shipped until November. I call customer service immediately and after 30 minutes Service agent comes back and says she spoke with the warehouse manager and that my unit wasn’t ready when the Freight truck arrived to be pick it up so system automatically showed it on back order. She assured me she arranged to have my unit picked up at next available time slot. Another 2 weeks passes and I haven’t heard anything so I call again and I’m told my order was cancelled because it is no longer available. I call again and explain everything. After being disconnected I call again and ultimately get transferred to a Supervisor (Maxine Morrison). She offers to help me with another item once I pick an item out. I email her the item I want and she emails saying she will call me at a specific time. She doesn’t call so I reach out again and she says she hasn’t forgotten me. I try her twice more with no success over two days. Is this the kind of company you want to deal with?

I just placed my first order. I realized after I ordered the bunk beds that I accidentally sent it to my billing address in GA. I was given the option to change the delivery address to AL. When I did, Wayfair showed my order in the app as “cancelled.” I was confused by this so I placed a new order for the bunk beds again and it instantly cancelled the order and refunded it. So I checked my email to see if this was a glitch in the app but it wasn’t. The email said Wayfair suspected fraudulent activity! I’m so angry right now! I ordered it just before midnight so when I called the number I was connected w service. This lady asked me to open my email and read the first paragraph. Weird right? So I’m going along w the strange request when she says, “Now read the 2nd paragraph.” I’m like odd ok so I read it and she says, “See, you have to read the email it told you not to try and place another order.” What a moron! I was in the app, not in my email. That lady treated me like I was her 6 year old. She is the worst kind of human to have to speak to at end of day. I’m furious bc now when the fraud dept opens at 9 am and allows me to order the bunk beds, they won’t get to me on time. Get rid of that condescending woman, who spends her life getting under people’s skin!

When I have purchased items from Wayfair, I know that I will receive a quality product for a very reasonable price. The few times when I received an item that did not meet my expectations, Wayfair was always quick to resolve the problem. The employees there are friendly, professional and quick to answer any questions I might have. They have a large variety of wonderful, quality items from which to choose. Their sales, which are many throughout the year, are AWESOME!!! They have a service where you are able to virtually view the item you are liking at, in your room. They present different DIY and decorating ideas! Neat!! They have so many services that I have not taken advantage of yet, but many shoppers might LOVE! NEAT!!! I short, Wayfair has fabulous items, priced very reasonably waiting to come to your home to delight you! It is my go to place to shop and sometimes, just to daydream!! Try it out, you definitely won’t be disappointed!!!

I have been ordering from Wayfair for almost two years. The items have been great. My first purchase was bar stools purple with stainless steel bases. They are an eye catcher setting off my room perfectly. The second was a patio se. it was a shock to have to put it together but I managed it by myself within two days, never having out anything together before in my life. The next items were smaller bedspreads one that I returned easily with prompt and very satisfactory customer service interaction. Two months ago three metal beds, all easy to put together and superior in quality, the bedrooms look fantastic. Lastly draperies and sheers fast delivery. The items are of excellent quality so much so that I am ordering another set for my bedroom as well. My experience thus far has been one of ease professionalism and integrity. I love the confidence, the quality and the products my home, apartment looks beautiful. I receive many compliments. I am not sure why others are experiencing difficulty for me this company is simply a adventure into decorating heaven!!!

While I love most of the items I’ve purchased from Wayfair, it startles me how targeted the ads are when I mention, out loud, what I feel like I should be buying soon for my home. The combination of Instagram/Facebook and Wayfair “intelligence” is something to be mindful of and alarmed by for every consumer. I don’t recall feeling this anxious when first started using the app. Now if I mention anything, an alert pops up on my phone highlighting something I am thinking about getting. Most recently I needed kitchen chairs and it magically appeared in a badge alert and on instagram and Facebook. I went to the app, perused a few selections, and saved a few to my board. Next day, magically the price went up on a set I liked the most (consistent with chairs I’ve looked at for my living room in the past). This combination prompted me to NOT go with Wayfair, and to choose another vendor. I appreciate the customer service I’ve received in the past but I think twice now about buying from a company that listens so intensely to what people are thinking about when they don’t realize they’re being listened to. Shutting off the mic access for them and all apps that fit this mold going forward.

I just cancelled my business account with them. Me and my husband own a construction/interior design company and let me tell you that this is by far the absolute worst company I have ever worked with. A client had picked out a bedroom set and we both soon regretted it. We received an email the day we were supposed to receive the bed that the bed was now out of stock.... so we though no way this could happen again, we then ordered a different bed that was “okay” compared to the other. I called my consultant to confirm that this bed was in-fact in stock, I was told they had abundance available. While waiting we had received the two end tables. Not only are they made of extremely cheap materials. They were both dented, missing paint, the drawers on one were bowed and the whole side on the other was not attached. Not even an hour later I receive yet another email that the bed we had ordered for the SECOND TIME was no longer in stock...... I have to keep calling my customer. They of course understood but it reflects very bad on my business. I called extremely upset and received no help on this matter what so ever. Not even help on finding a bed that could possibly match that for sure was in stock. I do not recommend this website.

I just purchased 2 vanities and had a few questions before placing the order. The first women that I spoke to Roxy, was amazing and very knowledgeable. I really appreciate your vast knowledge, how much you cared about making sure that you answered all of my questions and that I was happy! I was then transferred as I had some questions about about potentially opening a business account. I cannot remember the name of this employee, but she was a breath of fresh air to speak with as well! She was very informative, thorough and wanted to help in any way that she could. I do have to say, that in my limited experience in dealing with Wayfair, they seem to have great customer service. I believe that this will suit them well over time. In an ever changing landscape of online shopping and difficult retail conditions, it was a pleasure getting this type of information, care and service. I was always a critic of Wayfair seeing it as a place where super cheap things that were flimsy were sold online. That is, until I realized the truth. I have recently bought furniture from several Premium home stores in person that I thought would be great and some Wayfair items thinking they were going to be cheap quality or even disappointments. The opposite was true. I am waiting a long time for the premium home stores to even deliver some items and others broke within days of owning them and it is taking weeks to have the technicians come out repair. Meanwhile, my Wayfair items are higher quality than expected and always deliver within a reasonable period of time. Are there cheaper, lower quality items on Wayfair? Sure. But many of the items are not and it is a false sense of security to pay 3 times the price at at a premium home store just to not get your product or the product easily breaks from poor build or assembly quality.

Review-- Updated after 2017 Black Friday....I think my shopping with Wayfair is at or near 4 years now. I have many bigger ticket items (vanities, love seats, consoles, pantry, wool rugs, etc.) & other small beauties from Wayfair. People online have commented on their wonderful customer service and helpful nature and the quality/selection in all price ranges...Yep. True. No BS... After mom had passed on, I donated literally all in the house to downsize and make the house more to my oddball, more Bohemian taste. Try doing that on very little money. But Wayfair was there with the big stuff. And the funky little stuff. And the prices are... well...so fair. Plus delivery right to your door. What more could a person ask for? Even my UPS driver shops on their site...he has seen how well items are packaged so it's helpful to him also. (And this is not fake news...blessings.) Gail in Central Florida...OMG...I forgot. We’ve ordered 2 couches from here and the first time was ok but annoying. They dropped it off in front of the building and didn’t call like they said they would. We had a difficult time getting it to our apartment which is located in the back of the building. Had they called, we would have told them to put it at the back door to make it easier on us. The couch was cheaply made, so it broke after a year. We ordered a replacement since it was under warranty. We had moved to another place and called and updated the address. The couch was originally set to get delivered to my partner’s parents’ house since we didn’t want it to go to our old apartment. After calling and updating Wayfair with our new apartment address, they told us it was all set and it would be delayed a week bc of the address change. Delivery day comes, and it goes to his parents address and not our current one. His parents live about 30 mins to an hour away from our new place. We waited an extra week just for it to end up at the wrong address anyways. These experiences with Wayfair have been atrocious. Never ordering from here again. There’s a lack of communication among customer service and the delivery people.

This app is horrible. The worst shopping app I’ve ever used. I currently have ShopStyle, target, Walmart, overstock, lululemon, Bloomingdale’s, IKEA, builders choice to name a few, downloaded and NONE of these constantly ask me to verify my identity over and over with cache confirmations or just randomly say a product can’t be found when clicked on during a filtered search. Then when you try to delete an item from your cart is just does nothing. You continue to click remove, it refreshes and back again. The item remains. This app used to be great, it’s gone down hill significantly. You can’t even access the site on google chrome or internet explorer. Losing thousands of dollars in sales per day I can imagine. Save your time, shop elsewhere. oh and did I mention every time you try to click app support it send you to a link that says “ Seems Like We’ve Rearranged Some Furniture” I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app, did all of the developers response list of items to try and nothing works. this app was amazing about a year or so ago but I don’t know what they did over the last year is become the worst app. And CLEARLY I’m not the only one saying this.

This is the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with when it comes to canceling orders. I ordered 4 chairs. Within one hour I know these chairs were not what I needed so I canceled the order. I put the correct order # but it only cancelled 1 chair . When I tried to cancel the rest of the chairs it won’t let me because of course the order number would be the same for the 3 chairs as it is for the one chair. I had to call customer service the following day because they’re in the East Coast and they were already closed. I called at the earliest time possible and yet they said that that the order is now in their warehouse ready to ship and although she can cancel the order it might still show up. I beg her not to do that because I’m a tiny woman and I cannot carry three chairs to return them . Still she said she couldn’t do anything but she acknowledged that I had canceled this order. Wouldn’t you know I get an email today that supposedly three chairs were delivered by FedEx to my house. I was home all day and my 4 security cameras never showed anyone delivering a box . I would never ever order from Wayfair again!!! Now I have to fight to make sure I don’t get charge by this very inefficient company

I’m not sure if this is the right place to share this review, but I want to share my recent experience. I have been looking for a beautiful ceiling fan for awhile. I finally found one that I like on Wayfair. As it was being installed, we found a design flaw. I was devastated. Not only would I not be able to use this fan, but the thought of boxing it all up and sending it back made me want to cry. I called Wayfair and just knew it was gonna be a headache. Instead what I got was a very professional, polite representative that quickly understood that replacing parts or even the whole fan was not a good option since there was indeed a design flaw. He was incredible. I have never experienced such a smooth and easy return. I will DEFINITELY be shopping more with Wayfair. Amazing. I’m sorry I can’t remember the gentleman’s name, but if you can hunt it down, you should most definitely give him a gold star. I have told so many people about my pleasant experience. Well done Wayfair. Well done.

I love Wayfair. And they deserve 5 stars, but the app deserves a 0 star. The app is not working properly on my iphone which comes from Apple’s app store. The prices are overpriced but overall i buy because they have a variety of things for all taste and also of good quality and the products have been all good. So their store deserves a 5 star and beyond. But I will not revise until they fix their app. I can’t believe it hasn’t been fixed. This is actually about your app on the apple store. It has been going on for a few months. The problem is that when you go to categories like for example under furniture, and then go ta sub category like living room furniture, that’s as much as you are allowed to click on. Anything more specific or if you try to click on the options for living room furniture as a sub category, like accent chairs, the app is not working, in that it’s not allowing you to click on sub categories for any set of categories whether it’s living room, bedroom. Even in your favorite lists you see the first 5 and if you have more and click on “more” nothing happens and the lists doesn’t respond to seeing more. I have to log in on the website on a computer.

So far wayfair has been great and a pleasure to deal with! Always friendly and courteous when I call them. The products are all too notch for the most part- I’ve only had a couple of issues and I called about it and wayfair is always happy to make sure I’m satisfied. I just have to call again because I was supposed to get a refund for a table set I ordered and I only received a partial refund and am confused about where the amount came from. The table set I purchased was around 597 and they gave me a refund for 394 so I have to call again and I don’t have the time to stay on the phone for a while and it normally takes 20-40 min for a result so that’s my only issue is getting the refund or issue completed correctly and the time it takes to do it as I’m injured from an accident and disabled and have young kids to take care of and I get overwhelmed and easily confused and wish the help provided didn’t tAke S long on the phone.

I purchased the sectional sofa about the month ago and as soon as we assembled and put them together that I don’t look so much different than the one we saw on the Way Fair catalog very cheap quality worn out so quickly it looks like over a year old so far I called him like a week later and told him about it they did not respond so finally did this respond by email that I have to box them way it was originally shipped which is totally impossible for me to do that cause the boxes were trashed and I have no way to find those kind of pal boxes even when I went to UPS stores the largest size. So I contact them again and told them and they keep insisting that I have to pack it and ship it back to them so yesterday I got email after all this email back-and-forth that it’s been over a month and I’m not gonna be able to return that item. They have the worst customer service the worst return policy I would never ever purchase anything from Way Fair and I would suggest everyone else to think twice to purchase from these people.

I have never had such a bad experience with a company before. We ordered a dining room table and chairs in NOVEMBER. They send us the table, no chairs. Then send the chairs, without the chair legs. Then for 6 months going back and forth would show up to drop off and wouldn’t ring the doorbell or call and would leave a note saying they couldn’t deliver. Eventually we convinced them just leave the chair legs at the front door please , because evidently they don’t care to deliver in person. Only for them to then deliver the ENTIRE order again, table and everything on the front porch in a Massive package I can’t move because I’m 9 months pregnant. I was under the assumption it was just the chair legs we have been asking for this entire time !!! Now the customer service lady is saying they “can’t send just parts”. How does this make any sense ??? They can’t send the whole order properly and then won’t send the missing parts and leave a huge package for me to deal With ? Customer service is trash. The table is tiny and not worth the money anyway. Don’t waste your time. It’s been a nightmare and we still don’t have a functional dining room table with chairs.

Updating because this is still such a terrible app. It is unbelievably frustrating. I’d forgotten I wrote a terrible review ages ago and it’s still awful. The website isn’t much better. It’s sad because there is great selection at Wayfair but the search functions and filters are completely garbage. Technical information is inaccurate, searches result in 20,000 items and the filters are impossible, searches autocorrect and change the search completely. If I search for a “glass cabinet,” every single item with glass in it comes up, tens of thousands of items, and then the filters don’t work so I can’t narrow down between “glass curio” and “glass bath” cabinets. In fact, if I search for “glass curio” every curio AND every glass item results. If you have very low expectations of a shopping site, don’t care about accurate dimensions, and don’t mind buying something based only on a picture, or you don’t care about filtering while you shop, go for it. I can’t believe this is still in the App Store. I can’t believe it has good reviews, it’s completely mind blowing. Are the reviews based on the site functioning or liking the products they sell?

I have a suggestion for your website. When customers post a review on the item they purchased. It would be great if on the review it stated what selection they’re reviewing. Why? Well I’ll tell you…Example: I was looking at window blinds this morning and two of the blinds colors are similar. I saw a picture in one of the reviews where the customer had a similar decor, style, colors to my living room. However, the review didn’t say which one they were reviewing. This is so frustrating. I think if you automatically had on the review which color, style the customer is reviewing would be a tremendous help. Plus it would cut down time of customers sending Wayfair questions regarding the item. I love Wayfair. I’ve been with Wayfair since the beginning. There’s not another online store quite like Wayfair. There selections are amazing and so many items to choose from. Please consider adding this. I’m sure that this would help customers to make a selection.

Normally everything comes in perfect. Once in awhile something is damaged, NEVER have I had any issue from Wayfair returning anything. Easy helpful and ready to please their customers, I can’t say enough good things about this company. Unique items, stylish and great prices. We have been in full house’s renovations for 5 years now, that’s a long time... Wayfair has given me inspiration and has successfully helped to fill in decor gaps, furniture gaps etc... Just now I ordered a stone tile so unique for our men’s bathroom. I had ordered a sample a couple of months ago, the other day two neighbors came by to see our new kitchen, I had the sample tile sitting on a table in the room they both were more into the tile than the kitchen. So when they left I went online to order the tile for our bathroom...but wait, what? The tile was out of stock, no no say it ain’t so... thankfully I noticed the tell me when it’s back in stock alert notification. I filled in the info and less than a week later, BAM! I just placed my tile order. This is one Happy Lady sitting here, we could be... rather, Our house could be in a Wayfair commercial, literally. Bathroom, kitchen, bar, bedrooms, dining, living, family, music room, outdoor lanai, offices... I’m telling you there is something in every room in our 6000 sq foot house from Wayfair. I am not a “ in store shopper”, I hate Malls, this is the best way to shop ... the Way to shop is Wayfair. Have fun, get crazy it’s the only WAY!

I always like to read the reviews that real customers submit. With Wayfair there usually is a fairly good sample size to help form an honest opinion. Also, many items also have consumer questions with answers. Keep in mind that there is a segment of people who submit a poor rating for stupid reasons (“It was heavy and I’m small so it was hard to drag the box inside, one star” “It was 2 days late” “It had a tiny scratch so they replaced it for free; I love it, one star” “It had a screw missing, box dented/ had extra screws/ had trouble lining up screws until I figured it out” “Instructions are just pictures with no sentences” “Specifications stated size to 1/100 of an inch, but it was smaller than I thought, and I’m seven feet tall, so I’m sending it back unless they dare charge me shipping! One star” “Most gorgeous thing ever! I get raves from all visitors!!! One star!”) Wayfair has a button to indicate “Helpful Review”, but they should also let consumers press”MORON ALERT”....

As WayFair carries more products they should be trying to keep up with emerging trends and categorizing items BETTER to make it EASIER to find things. Instead, the app quickly falls apart when you go from search terms to trying to use their built-in filters to narrow things down - and again it shows that they’re not keeping up with emerging trends. One example, plug-in pendant lights - if you had searched for this two years ago you probably would’ve gotten all of 10 results, now you get thousands and no there’s not really thousands but there’s no specific category for this so you have to search and as you apply filters it’s almost like the search terms don’t matter anymore and the filters are overriding them because applying style filters there’s now almost 10,000 items and I know there’s not that many plug in pendant lights. As long as WayFair keeps doing stuff like this it’s going to push people into competitors storefronts where you can simply ask for what you’re looking for and you’re not having to sift thru thousands of irreverent results to find it.

I gotta say, Wayfair has impressed me. To begin with I didn’t have any issues with the site and/or company. The website is easy to navigate and has the necessary tools you would expect. I generally find what I’m looking for plus more. I’ve had to interact with customer service several times, package was damaged, item was missing parts or wrong color. They have always quickly resolved the issue and have gone above and beyond to make it right. Then I get this invite to participate in a user experience/customer feedback thing and I said yes. I like the fact that they are spending time towards this kind of thing. It shows that they care about what their customers think and they are running their business well enough to have the resources to actually do things like this. It’s one thing to say it but most companies don’t ever getting around to doing it. Great job Wayfair!

Wayfair is good for the small piece of furniture or decor that goes with the look and feel of your interior design but DO NOT try to buy larger furniture than that like sofas or dining sets. I bought what I thought was decent furniture, but turned out to be just some drop shipper rebranding Ashley furniture (which I’m not trying to knock just saying it is dishonest), it cost just as much as Ashley but with NONE of the service so when a piece was damaged I had spend days returning it and tried to buy a piece on clearance which was clearly a damaged item they just put back in inventory that they should’ve put in the trash. It had mold growing on the particle board! Some stuff off of it I liked but outside of those random little pieces stay away. If you really want to save money just do FB Marketplace or something. At least then you know for sure what you’re getting. If you aren’t able to spend the time doing that then just spend the extra money at a local big box store because the headache of saving a few hundred on Wayfair is not worth it for larger items.

One of the things I love most about this website is the wide variety of products they offer. Whether I'm looking for a new headboard my home or a gift for a friend, I can always find exactly what I need. The website is also very easy to navigate, with categories and filters that make it simple to find what I'm looking for. Another great feature of this website is the customer service. Whenever I have had a question or issue, the customer service team has been incredibly helpful and responsive. They truly go above and beyond to ensure that their customers are satisfied. Overall, I would highly recommend this website to anyone looking for a one-stop shop for all of their shopping needs. With a wide range of products, easy navigation, and excellent customer service, this website has everything you could possibly want.

Please Please don’t screw is order up, it’s very important. The four last orders have been upsetting. First order a was a king set bedding for my niece, it sat for two week in her back door because it was winter and she no need to go outside because of the rain and snow. The second order, I order queen sheets with high thread count, and they had small hole on them, I just threw them away. Then I order a high end queen set it took almost six weeks for me to get it to me. I finally had to call Wayfair to remind them about my order and on one didn’t know anything about the IT. Nevertheless it was very disappointing. The fourth order was just recent I order a of set two buffet lamps, and I got just one lamp, and l still really don’t what want happen? So just one more chance, I know I’m just one consumer, but you look at all my orders I have place with Wayfair in the pass well it be a very long time. Almost five years, but I have no qualms disconnect with Wayfair. I’m tried of feeling like I did something wrong when my orders are not fill properly. Sincerely John Robert Champion.

I'm a fan of the app. Love the boards and being able to easily search. However, I noticed today that the customer photos were not in with the main preview photos and instead I had to go find them in the reviews section. Maybe I'm missing something where it's available elsewhere else, but this was one of the better options that made me like the app so much. I could see right away, the customer loaded photos, and get a better idea of how that particular product could be used/displayed. I don't like having to read through all of the reviews. *Update* Nice to see the customer photos but please add to main photo lineup for the product. That way you don't have to go to the customer feedback and all photos can be viewed together. Also, the app is constantly shutting down on me. Same thing happens if I just go to the webpage and avoid the app, except I get an error message saying it has to be reloaded. Any ideas or fixes for that?! Thanks.

*UPDATE* I was finally able to speak with someone different in customer service and they are sending a replacement item (and I was able to just give away the damaged one) so my advice is to reach out multiple times until you get someone who can help you if you have an issue. Not ideal but still better than nothing!! Hoping the new item works out (and if not, hopefully it will be easy to get a refund). I received a damaged dresser that weighs almost 200 pounds and cost me $700, and they basically said I can return it but would need to pay to return it AND get it to the post office myself. I will never purchase anything from wayfair or AllModern again and will tell all of my friends the same. Unbelievable, I have never heard of a company that refuses to do more for an item that was damaged upon arrival! It isn’t like I just don’t like it and want to return it, it’s literally damaged. Insane. Save your money and go somewhere with better quality and better customer service.

I’ve only purchased 2 items through Wayfair and both experiences were bad in different ways. First item was a headboard and I ended up having to drive to the warehouse of the shipping company to pick it up because they only delivered during business hours Monday through Friday. Sorry I have a job and can’t accommodate your 8 hour delivery window on a Tuesday. Not entirely Wayfair’s fault but as a seller you should know who you’re doing business within your distribution chain. Second purchase was for a wine cabinet that was promised in 2 days and made it to my front door in 3. The product was banged up and virtually impossible to assemble. It wobbled when assembled which is exactly what you want with a toddler in the house. It had dings all over it as well. The worst part is, I called Wayfair customer service and told them I’d like a refund and that they would need to send someone out to disassemble the monstrosity and remove it from my house. I was promptly issued a refund and told to dispose of the $400 shelf. How incredibly wasteful of you. I will not do business with Wayfair again. Careless, poor quality, wasteful and overpriced. Technically, I give you negative 5 stars.

There are so many times that I see things on their website that I like very much. I like them so much that I will put them in my cart. Then as I do with all of my other online shopping I will wait for a period of time before I purchase them. This gives me the opportunity to make sure this is something that I really want. And as it happens to be in this particular case it was during a major holiday so they were going to put it on sale and they did. But Wayfair has always been very patient with me and my purchasing. There are some companies that if you don’t make the decision on what you put in your cart they will wipe your card out that night but Wayfair doesn’t do that Wayfair just simply send you friendly reminders and gives you that opportunity to make sure this is something that you really want. I appreciate them very much

I use this app to bookmark items to purchase for my home. Have a lot of great products. However recent use of the app has shown all my boards are gone. I have tried signing in and out of the app with no difference. Gives you the option to create a new board and saves the item with a bold heart. However no actual new board is created. Not sure if it is a glitch or if they got rid of a great feature. If gone I probably would stop using the app regularly. Update: I have since use the app since the initial issue. Review of the account shows multiple boards were created for the same category and items I chose were added to each of those boards because of the initial error. It’s something I’ll probably have to clean up mainly on the website but overall appears to be a glitch with the software that looks like it’s in the process of being corrected.

So I ordered several pieces from them, at the first two it’s all good. Then the third one. I figured later it doesn’t fit my need, and since it has not been shipped, I submitted the first cancel request. And they’re saying that it is very far in the shipping process so no cancellation. I was confused but I thought ok. 3 WEEKDAYS LATER it’s still not shipped. I was so confused I called to get it cancelled. They refused again and asked me to call fedex. Ok. I called fedex and got a case number and it was on a hold. Great, I thought I solved this. One day later it came back to normal and in transit again!!!! So I called the third time, I got hung up. I didn’t know you can get hung up in a customer service call. And then I tried their online chatting box, well the agent stop responding 3 minutes into the conversation. Their process is flawed, buyers should be praying for every order with them that nothing goes wrong. The most funny part is probably that the estimated arrival time now is at least 5 days late than the estimated delivery time they advertised on the product page originally.

I’ve shopping on Wayfair for my bathroom project and I had quite a few bad incidents. 1. They did not refund me even after they received my return. I had to contact them and they told me there was something wrong with their financial system. Plus, I only get store credit, not refund directly to my card. 2. I’ve placed other orders using the store credit, but they still required you to put the credit card info but the balance came off 0. One month later, I noticed two pending charges on my card which I didn’t recognize and I thought my card got compromised, I contacted my credit card company, dispute the charge. However, the charge appeared again. I looked closely this time and noticed it’s from Wayfair. And the amount matched the order amount. How come a legit company will sneakily charge their customer like that? My order was fulfilled, paid, and delivered like month ago, and they decided to post charges on my card a month later? And causing inconvenience to their customer? Make sure you check your credit card when you shop at Wayfair.

Until recently, I was a satisfied repeat Wayfair customer. A couple weeks ago, they post a fraudulent purchase ($172) using my Debit card information. I immediately alerted my Bank and got my Debit replaced. My Bank informed me I can dispute the fraudulent once Wayfair submits the completed transaction. As of today, Wayfair has not done the right thing and submit a complete transaction or remove the fraudulent transaction. They are waiting on the Bank and the Bank stated they have to wait up to 6 months before they can remove the pending transaction. I am done with Wayfair but I am warning anyone who plans to purchase products from them DONT use your actual Banking or Credit Card information. Maybe use a Gift Card. Wayfair will not take responsibility when your payment information gets compromised on their Website.

I feel obligated to tell the World how Great this company Wayfair is! The products I have purchases so far are excellent! They were delivered very quickly! Prices were very good and affordable and worth every dollar! They have such a wide selection of products for every room in your house! I will never buy elsewhere unless for some reason they do not have whatever it is i would need which is most likely impossible. The last thing I have to say and in my opinion the most important... So far I called customer service twice and both times was welcomed by the friendliest, courteous, respectful, helpful, caring and happy people on earth no exaggeration when saying this!!! It was my pleasure to have spoke with them my issues were solved immediately and better outcome then expected I hung up the phone smiling and in a wonderful mood thanks to them!! Just a BIG shout out to Wayfair for everything they do!!

Many of the items I desire are “not available or not in stock”. SO, WHY, may I ask, do you guys at Wayfair EVEN HAVE THEM, listed currently, online with - like, NO COMMENTS as to any dates or, anything, as to WHEN, they might be- back in stock? If you DON’T know, don’t you guys think, you should just take them OUT of, your website? THAT way, we’re just not looking at all of these “ out of stock” photos of items we want!, but cannot buy! 🤔 When they DO become available again, you can re add them onto your site again. Giving updates as they DO, become available BEFORE, they’re being restocked. That way, it gives us a heads up too! Think about THAT! Maybe we could, pre-order to insure that we get what we want. SOMETHING! Nothing, is no good though for a customer when “out of stock” is only seen on particular items. Thank you. 👍👍😍

First, business. Your site never lets me down. As an Interior Designer, my “modus” is to put everything I think might work for whatever project I’m working on,into my cart. I think for this one I ended up w/ over 20 different chairs! It’s exhausting, but exciting work. After sleeping on it , I look at the cart the next day and little by little, start deleting those items that don’t exactly “ring the bell”. Long story short, I ended up w/ 2 exquisite host and hostess chairs and 2/ completely different, fantastic side chairs!!! Already purchased a trestle table and matching bench, but as this story tells you, not into much matching, more interesting to “blend “ and accentuate. As for Alexa, I was very lucky to have spoken w/her. She has an upbeat, happy and very helpful way of dealing w/ whatever issue is thrown her way. My dilemma was timing and she researched whatever she could to try and answer my questions. I cannot give her enough accolades and hope that this “mini-review “ finds its way into her “Permanent Record”🤔😊👏🏻. I always like to lavish praise on those who deserve it, and she certainly fits the Bill. We spoke on Wednesday evening at around 7:30. Thanks for the opportunity! I love your products but delivery of large items have been a nightmare for me. The vanities I have ordered are heavy items, sometimes more than the “two men on a truck” can handle. Luckily one of my sons was available to help in one scenario. The second time there were no other men available and one of the men had his hand wrapped. Subsequently, although my sister and I tried to assist, the vanity was damaged during the delivery and I was unable to accept the delivery. Now for round three, I contacted Tophat logistical solutions to try and make sure it could be delivered when I had other help there. I was told just this morning when I called them that it would be there tomorrow between 8an and 12noon…… they said they are only required to give me a day’s notice….. a mess. Anyway, they could not reschedule it until Monday, but I at least have some time to get help available. I pray we are successful Monday…. It’s been a long journey.

Kudos to the design and development team on the whole. The app is robust and well thought out. The product filters are extensive, allowing me to hone in quickly on just what I want. The lists is a great feature and well executed. I like that What’s in my basket is “sticky”. I like and use it despite the bugs. I use an iPhone 11. The app unexpectedly quits on me on occasion. It freezes on occasion. I wish I could view order history, but it is always empty, despite all the purchases listed for me to review. Tapping the text msg link to track shipment takes me to the app, but then I get “oops. Something went wrong.” Yeah! I have no order history. When I cancel out of editing or creating a review, it submits something anyway. If I add a photo to a review, I have to scroll the camera roll very carefully or it will disappear and leave me in app limbo. I still use the app alot, but it’s frustrating.

I recently purchased an order of 6 items and they’ve all been shipped to me separately, each with a different estimated delivery date. I appreciate that the company sends texts when an item is to be delivered and then again to confirm the delivery; however, many of my items, unfortunately, did not arrive on the projected dates, yet I still received texts that they had. It’s pretty frustrating to be notified that a package is being delivered that day, and then discover it’s still on the other side of the country. Another aspect I don’t like about this order is that it’s all shipped separately. Is it really necessary to ship two of the exact same sheet sets individually? Unless they’re coming from different locations, this isn’t a very environmentally friendly practice. My sheets and throw blankets should have shared boxes. I hope Wayfair can fix this problem.
